In this one hour  Lunch and Learn we'll share a few top tips on how  you can utilze your newsletter, website and direct mail to help raise awareness and financial support for your library and community engagment programs.

Presdented by Hayden Golden, Whittier & Associates. Hayden (he/him) is a seasoned direct marketing professional with more than ten years working in advocacy, communications, and fundraising. As Client Services Manager at Whittier & Associates, he manages all aspects of clients’ fundraising work from day-to-day production to planning, strategy, and analysis. He holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management with a focus in Resource Development from the University of Denver.

Pat Brigham, Director of Development, Westchester Library System. Pat (she/her) joined the Westchester Library System as Director of Development in September 2011. Her work focuses on developing strategic partnerships, strengthening collaborations and securing support for WLS outreach initiatives. Since 2020, Ms. Brigham has raised over $500,000 specifically for WLS digital equity projects an over $1million overall. . Her experience spans over 30  years and includes establishing community-based and state-wide organizations, executive management, fundraising and board development, in the arts, culture and social service sectors.
